This is why companies walk employees out the door the minute they fire them instead of giving them a week to wreck havoc in the office for revenge.
On the notion that he can do anything he wants and NBC has to pay for it (because, come on, what are they going to do, fire him?) Conan put together a series of expensive sketches ending last night with a whopper.
Here's a sketch that cost NBC 65 million dollars!
Okay, so it's just a joke (at least, I assume it is) but the point is made - NBC screwed up and with what it's going to cost them to get out from under this mess - I'd say that last night's Tonight Show episode was the most expensive TV show ever made.
