Cops are looking for a bearded man captured on video scrawling a swastika in the snow outside a Jewish temple in Lenox Hill. Surveillance footage released by police Wednesday shows the man strolling past the Temple Emanu-El on 5th Ave. near E. 65th St. just after 8 a.m. Tuesday.
